Meet The Doctors

Dr. Strickland is a wonderful addition to our team, having practiced optometry for 17 years. He loves providing quality and thorough eye care to the patients in Simi Valley. Born in New Jersey and graduating from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2009, he practiced optometry at the Jersey shore for 4 years. Moving to California in 2013, he loves the beach and found his ideal place to live in Ventura County. Often heard laughing with his patients, he brings with him a warm smile and a desire to help the community. He loves seeing patients of all ages and is excited to meet both our new and existing patrons.

When Dr. Strickland is not performing eye exams, he enjoys eating sushi and spending time with his golden retriever, Tucker, and his husky, Kiba. His family still lives in New Jersey, but they visit frequently and who can blame them?
